Nominate an Alumni for Recognition

Any member of the Alumni Association may submit nominations. Those wishing to make nominations should submit the form below, which includes the nominee's name, address, telephone number, and data that responds to the three primary areas of qualification:

1. Community service and leadership that the nominee has made to his/her city, state or nation.
2. Achievements in the nominee's chosen career, profession, or other life work.
3. Any other contributions that reflect credit upon Chowan University and the educational that it provided to the nominee.

Nominations will be used for quarterly Alumni recognitions.
